Return Policy
At Raytex, we are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience. If we sent you
the wrong product, if the product is faulty, or if you changed your mind after purchase, Raytex
accepts returns free of charge provided that the following conditions are met:
General Return Conditions
Products must be returned in their original packaging.
Packaging must be unopened and sealed (*).
The product must show no signs of usage (*).
The stamped invoice must be attached.
(*) Conditions do not apply to defective products.
Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the order.
The 30-day return policy does NOT apply to indoor and outdoor furniture (Sofas, Chairs, Beds,
Tables).
Non-Returnable Cases
1. Damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.
2. Products that have been used, altered, or assembled.
3. Requesting an exchange for a different color or size (we currently do not offer exchange;
the item must be returned and a new order placed).
4. Missing original packaging, accessories, promotional gifts, or warranty cards.
Furniture Return & Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation
Within 24 hours of placing the order:
Full refund.
Within 7 days:
50% refund.
After 7 days:
The order cannot be canceled or amended.
Furniture Returns
Furniture is eligible only for replacement in case of manufacturing defects.
Returns are handled through Raytex trucks.
Shipping fees for returns are covered by Raytex only if the product is defective.
