Raytex Policy

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item from your order is unavailable, we will
ship the available items first. Once the remaining item becomes available, it will be shipped to
you immediately.
Shipping fees depend on your location and the size and type of the product.
Shipping Details
Furniture Shipping (via Raytex truck):
 Furniture orders are delivered by Raytex trucks.
 Once a truck is dispatched, a fixed delivery fee applies—even if the truck carries only
one item.
 If more than one truck is required, extra charges will apply accordingly.
 Truck delivery is available to:
o El Gouna: 4,500 EGP
o North Coast: 3,500 EGP
o Cairo & Giza: 2,000 EGP
o Other destinations: price to be determined case-by-case at the time of order
processing.

Home Accessories Shipping (via Bosta):
 Home décor and accessories are shipped using Bosta.
 Raytex does not cover shipping or return shipping fees unless the product has a
manufacturing defect.

Return Policy
At Raytex, we are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience. If we sent you
the wrong product, if the product is faulty, or if you changed your mind after purchase, Raytex
accepts returns free of charge provided that the following conditions are met:
General Return Conditions
 Products must be returned in their original packaging.
 Packaging must be unopened and sealed (*).
 The product must show no signs of usage (*).
 The stamped invoice must be attached.

 (*) Conditions do not apply to defective products.
Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the order.
The 30-day return policy does NOT apply to indoor and outdoor furniture (Sofas, Chairs, Beds,
Tables).
Non-Returnable Cases
1. Damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.
2. Products that have been used, altered, or assembled.
3. Requesting an exchange for a different color or size (we currently do not offer exchange;
the item must be returned and a new order placed).
4. Missing original packaging, accessories, promotional gifts, or warranty cards.

Furniture Return & Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation
 Within 24 hours of placing the order:
Full refund.
 Within 7 days:
50% refund.
 After 7 days:
The order cannot be canceled or amended.
Furniture Returns
 Furniture is eligible only for replacement in case of manufacturing defects.
 Returns are handled through Raytex trucks.
 Shipping fees for returns are covered by Raytex only if the product is defective.

Customized Products
 Customized orders require 14 to 21 business days to be produced.
 Customized items cannot be canceled after production begins.
 Cancellation within the first 24 hours follows the standard cancellation policy.

First-Time Branch Visit

Your first visit to any Raytex branch to customization is free of charge.

Refund & Payment Policy
 Refunds are issued only through the original mode of payment.
 A 3% handling fee applies on canceled orders paid via credit card.
 After-Sales approval, customers may choose:
o A replacement product

Products returned without prior coordination with Customer Service will be shipped back to the
customer.

Order Receiving Policy
 Customized product delivery times range from 14 to 21 business days.
 For furniture, delivery times depend on scheduling and truck availability.

This Privacy Policy explains how Raytex collects, uses, protects, and discloses information
collected from users (“Users”) of www.raytexegypt.com.
General Terms
 Any dispute or claim arising from this website is governed by Egyptian law.
 Egypt is our country of domicile.
 Users under 18 years old are prohibited from registering or making online transactions.
 Payment information is processed securely through our certified payment provider.
